Gente, LLC, an ASO Company (Administrative Services Outsourcing), consists of a group of Professionals that
have over 25 years of experience in the Benefits, Workers Compensation and Administrative field.
We specialize in the Planning, Designing and Implementing of Benefit Plans, the Designing of Workers

We are a full service Administrative Services Outsourcing Organization.
An Administrative Services Outsourcing (ASO) Company and Professional
Employer Organization's (PEO) are a method of outsourcing services
such as Benefits, Workers Comp, Human Resources, and Payroll
Administration. The principal difference of the two is that
a PEO jointly employs your employees and retains a right of
direction and control, whereas an ASO, such as Gente,
LLC, serves as your agent for employment-related administration
but has no authority in the hiring, firing, or management of
your employees. You retain absolute and exclusive control
of your employees. We are there to advise and assist
in the Benefits, HR and Payroll management, not to exercise
your rights as an employer.
In general terms the PEO concept requires all your employees
to become employees of the PEO Company you choose - Their paychecks,
W-2 Forms, Unemployment forms will show the PEO as the employer.
This transfer of the employees to the new PEO is not required
under the ASO concept, they remain YOUR employees.
